Who We Are – Radia Studios

Radia is a design and fabrication studio in Boulder, Colorado, founded in 2023 by principal designer Jon Medina and producer Laney Odom. The team brings together builders, designers, artists, producers, and project managers — a multi-disciplinary practice translating creative visions into the kind of physical environments people actually want to be inside.

The work runs across festival stages, brand activations, residential interiors, and original sculptural builds — drawing on craft traditions from architecture, fabrication, and world culture. The studio’s approach is collaborative, circular, and ego-less: shared authorship, shared credit, and a process that shifts with the project when the project needs to shift.
